Where do you deliver to?
Items purchased from this website has different shipping locations. Some items are only available in the UK.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our delivery pricing:
UK Shipping Rates: £3.99 - £5.99
Other Countries: £4.99 - £9.99
When will my order arrive?
Depending on you item depends on how long shipping will take.
Some products are printed or made to order which means they will take longer than already printed items.
The item will state if it is a print to order product in the description, these products delivery times do vary depending on the item and the shipping location.
Items that are UK only products are sent via Royal Mail. You will be sent a ‘order completed’ email when the items have been dropped off at Royal Mail.
Delivery is made via Royal Mail 2nd Class, please give up to 14 working days for 2nd class delivery once orders have been shipped.
During busy periods drop offs and delivery can take longer than the estimated times. Busy periods can consist of Christmas, New Years, Easter, other public holidays & can also consist of when Cheryl is out touring & away on holiday.
My order is ‘Shipped’ or ‘Completed’. What does that mean?
We mark your order as ‘Shipped’ or ‘Completed’ when your item(s) have been picked up by the courier. This means your order is on its way.
I have received 1 of my items but I am missing the rest of my order?
We use different suppliers for our merchandise and sometimes the turn around the products is different and in turn also may use different shipping methods. For example if you have ordered a T-Shirt, Mug and a Signed Print, these 3 items come from 3 different warehouses & suppliers. Some items are made to order so the turn around can be a little bit longer than others. If you have also ordered a Signed Print, these are personally signed by Cheryl & if Cheryl maybe away touring or on holiday these may take longer to ship. My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
If you have received a shipped or completed email but hasn’t arrived within 28 days, email us at info@cherylholequeen.co.uk or use the Cheryl Shop Form on the contact us page, please put the order number, name and delivery address in the email. Please note that orders with 2 or more items may ship separately and have different manufacturing & shipping times.
